How it works in 6 Simple Steps
Firstly agree on a price which is acceptable to both parties.
We send out a purchase agreement that will require signing and returning to us.
The seller informs the park that the caravan is being sold off site to a caravan dealer.
The seller will then need to clear any outstanding finance or fees with the park and arrange to have the caravan disconnected.
We will confirm the disconnection date with the park and make arrangements to transfer the funds via an electronic bank transfer.
Once the seller has confirmed receipt of funds, we will then arrange for collection of caravan via the park.
